Bacon is one of my favorite foods. When you combine bacon with vegetables, everyone eats their vegetables, even Brussels sprouts.

Ingredients
6 slices bacon, cut into 1 inch pieces
2 pounds Brussels sprouts, cleaned and trimmed
3 tablespoons Bacon Glaze
or 3 tablespoons Ham Glaze
¼ c white wine or stock
Directions
1. Heat a large sauté pan over medium heat and cook bacon until crispy, about 10 minutes. With a slotted spoon, transfer bacon to a paper towel lined plate leaving the bacon drippings in the pan.
2. Add the Brussels sprouts and Bacon or Ham Glaze to the sauté pan and cook for 12 -15 minutes or until brussels sprouts are golden brown.
3. Stir in the stock, reduce heat to medium-low and cook for 4 minutes or until the stock is absorbed. Top with bacon and serve warm.
