Buffalo Chicken Sliders

Ingredients
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1/2 cup hot sauce
1 tablespoon New Orleans Seasoning
1 rotisserie chicken, shredded
12 brioche slider rolls
1/2 cup ranch dressing
2 cups romaine lettuce, shredded
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 300°F.
2. In a medium saucepan combine butter, brown sugar, vinegar, hot sauce, and New Orleans Seasoning. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 3 minutes. Stir in the shredded chicken. Cover for 5 minutes allowing the chicken to warm through.
3. Meanwhile, arrange the slider rolls on a baking sheet. Warm in oven for 5-6 minutes.
4. Remove slider rolls from the oven. Split the rolls, layer with saucy buffalo chicken, ranch dressing, and romaine lettuce. Add the slider top and fasten with a skewer. Serve warm.
