Cucumber and Smoked Salmon Tea Sandwiches

Intro
High tea is not high tea with tea sandwiches. Not only are these gorgeous, they are fun to eat and packed with flavor.
A tower of tea sandwiches and lemonade.

Ingredients

1 tablespoon Zesty Lemon Herb

8 oz. package of cream cheese, softened

4 slices thin bread

4 oz smoked salmon

1 medium English cucumber, sliced lengthwise with a vegetable peeler

Directions

1. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.

2. In a bowl mix the Zesty Lemon Herb seasoning and cream cheese. Spread 2 tablespoons onto each slice of bread all the way to the crust.

3. Layer the bread with salmon and cut cucumber all the way to the crust Top with second piece of bread. Place on the prepared sheet pan and press lightly to seal.

4. Chill in the fridge for 20 minutes.

5. Slice off the crusts and cut tea sandwiches in half- vertically or diagonally. Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.

Substitutions
Recipe Tip:
If you cannot find very thin bread, using a rolling pin to flatten out bread.
