Honey Aleppo Pepper and potatoes are match made in heaven.

2 pounds fingerling potatoes, sliced in half lengthwise

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon salt

1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

2. On a rimmed baking sheet toss the potatoes with Honey Aleppo Pepper, olive oil, and salt.

3. Roast for 35-40 minutes or until the potatoes are browned and crisp. Serve warm.

Recipe Tip:

Any potato can be used, I like fingerlings as they are creamy and the perfect size.
