Smoky Paprika Chipotle Baked Chicken

Ingredients
2 tablespoons Smoky Paprika Chipotle Seasoning
1 cup sour cream
1 large clove garlic, minced
Juice of 1 lemon (2 tablespoons)
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (3 ounces each)
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
Directions
1. In shallow bowl combine 1 1/2 tablespoons Smoky Paprika Chipotle, sour cream, garlic, lemon juice, and salt.
2. Add the chicken, coating each piece. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
3. Preheat oven to 350˚F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
4. Remove the chicken from marinade, removing most of the marinade and place onto the prepared pan.
5. Sprinkle the panko and remaining 1/2 tablespoon Smoky Paprika Chipotle seasoning over the chicken.
6. Bake for 18-23 minutes or until internal temperature of chicken is 160ºF.
