Ingredients
½ cup of Ricotta Cheese
1 slice of Sour Dough
Blackberries
Mint
Honey
A sprinkle of Pacific Coast Sea Salt
Directions
- Add your ricotta cheese to a food processor and process until fluffy.
- Transfer your ricotta cheese to a Ziploc bag and cut a hole on the bottom corner on one side.
- Pipe your ricotta cheese onto a piece of toasted sourdough
- Place blackberries, mint, and honey on top of your sour dough bread
- Sprinkle some Pacific Coast Sea Salt on top
