Ingredients
- 1 pound of white fish of choice
- 6 chopped garlic cloves
- Handful of cilantro, roughly chopped
- 3 Thai chili peppers, chopped
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon of Poke Bowl or Toasted Sesame Ginger Seasoning
Directions
- Steam your fish in your steamer for 10-15 minutes until fully cooked
- While your fish is steaming, combine your garlic cloves, cilantro, chili peppers, sugar, fish sauce, and Poke Bowl Seasoning in a bowl
- Drizzle the sauce over the steamed fish and enjoy!
