Ingredients
  • 1 pound of white fish of choice 
  • 6 chopped garlic cloves
  • Handful of cilantro, roughly chopped
  • 3 Thai chili peppers, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of Poke Bowl or Toasted Sesame Ginger Seasoning

Directions
  1. Steam your fish in your steamer for 10-15 minutes until fully cooked
  2. While your fish is steaming, combine your garlic cloves, cilantro, chili peppers, sugar, fish sauce, and Poke Bowl Seasoning in a bowl
  3. Drizzle the sauce over the steamed fish and enjoy!

Substitutions
Recipe Tip:
If you do not have a steamer, simply bake the fish in a 400 degree oven for 10-15 minutes
